Roadmap of industrial processes robotization (Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant (NEVZ) LLC and «2050» LLC)

Innopolis University with «2050» LLC formed the Road map of industrial processes robotization in Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant (NEVZ) LLC, with analysis of the production and economic feasibility of introducing robotization initiatives. Innopolis University conducted an audit and interviews with the management of Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant (NEVZ) LLC and identified robotization initiatives within the framework of the specified criteria for efficiency increasing: - industrial safety increasing; - production quality increasing; - productivity increasing. Benchmarks and preliminary decisions were determined for each of the initiatives, followed by economic and engineering calculations of the effect of the introduction of preliminary decisions of the initiatives and the formation of TCH (technical/commercial proposal). The results of this work are presented in the form of a report on the production and economic feasibility analysis of initiatives to introduce robotic technologies into the production processes of the enterprise - the roadmap for the target state transition.
