Laboratory of unmanned technology
The Unmanned Technologies Laboratory develops specialized robotic systems designed for specific tasks in various fields of application.
The field of activity of the laboratory includes both the sphere of interaction with a person in the field of service, medicine, the service sector, cognitive and social robotics, and the replacement of a person in dangerous and harmful operations, such as working in nuclear reactors or in close proximity to harmful substances and emissions, work on oil production installations, maintenance of infrastructure in difficult natural conditions, work in extreme weather conditions and strong magnetic fields.

- Development of methods for group control of collaborative robotic systems for the tasks of logistics and maintenance of strategic infrastructure facilities
- Development of highly specialized and universal robotic complexes for the tasks of the mining industry, gas transportation and oil transportation infrastructure, inspection of hard-to-reach objects
- Development of humanoid robots and their control systems using a new element base, including using drives with variable stiffness, non-all-wheel drive systems and passive compliance elements
- Development of algorithms and solutions for interactive interaction of robots with humans and dynamically changing external environment
- Development of robotic complexes for the tasks of monitoring and diagnosing water bodies, as well as underwater infrastructure in order to increase the safety and information content of research work
