style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Academic mentorship in the framework of the laboratory research plan\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitoring and quality control <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of work conducted by the employees and research partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring practical implementation of research results, supervision and technical assistance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work with patent applications and licensing of scientific and technical inventions and ensuring the registration of inventions and innovation proposals<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring the efficiency of the unit and rational use of work force.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PhD degree (Russian equivalent: Candidate or doctor of science)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong publication record<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A minimum of 5 years work experience in research and management\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent knowledge of the subject area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ontract negotiations and management<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> skills when collaborating with other institutions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with patent applications and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">technical documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upper-intermediate English
